Submissions
If you would like to submit unsolicited work to The New Press for review, please send a proposal, an outline or table of contents, and no more than the first two chapters of your manuscript through the form below. Please keep in mind that while we do look at all work we receive, The New Press rarely accepts unsolicited manuscripts for publication and as a general rule does not publish poetry or American fiction.
If you’d prefer to submit by mail, please send to the address below, making sure to include the proposal components outlined above. (We will return your submission only if you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.)
