Theodore Hamm is an associate professor and chair of journalism and new media studies at St. Joseph’s College, New York. He was a co-founder and editor of The Brooklyn Rail from 2000 to 2013. He is the author of The New Blue Media: How Michael Moore, MoveOn.org, Jon Stewart and Company Are Transforming Progressive Politics and has written for the Los Angeles Times, The Nation, and Truthdig, among other publications. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
