WHEN WE FIGHT, WE WIN! — LIVE; Mutual Aid and Solidarity in a Time of Crisis! begins Wednesday, March 25 at 3:00 pm ET and will continue every Wednesday at 3:00 pm through Wednesday, April 15th on Zoom.
 
WHEN WE FIGHT, WE WIN! — LIVE is a production of AgitArte and is co-hosted by Dey Hernández and Greg Jobin-Leeds (When We Fight, We Win! co-authors). Each live show will include music and an interview with frontline activists.
 
The first show will be about resilience and lessons learned from the Centers of Mutual Support that sprung up in response to the hurricanes in Puerto Rico. As you know Hurricane Maria left much of the island without electricity for months. Our first guests will be Sugeily Rodríguez Lebrón and Jorge Díaz to discuss how they helped build and support these mutual aid centers. They will share lessons and mistakes. Live music will be from Agustín Muñoz Ríos of Papel Machete. The audience will be able to participate, react and ask questions via the Q&A zoom chat function.
