New Press Books Highlighted in #SubwayReads Campaign

Over 5.5 million commuters can now read New Press books right on their phones. A project of the Literacy Partners and the New York City MTA, Subway Reads provides free access to excerpts of over two hundred books via wi-fi. The New Jim Crow, Lighting the Fires of Freedom, People Like Us, and Reclaiming Gotham are just a few of the fifteen New Press titles with excerpts available until October 19 through this new program, with New Press titles featured prominently in ads throughout the New York City subway system.
