Join the OneAmerica family at an open house to celebrate people like us leading the way in our communities and our government. This event is free to attend, we'll have food and drinks, and we invite all members of our community to join - grassroots leaders, donors, funders, partners, and anyone who'd like to learn more.

It's more clear than ever that our political leadership continues to be too stale, male and pale, but that doesn't have to be our future. We believe democracy works best when everyone participates, and with our sister organization OneAmerica Votes we're working to #UnitetheVote and put leaders of color, especially women, at the head of the table.

OneAmerica will be joined by inspiring speaker Sayu Bohjwani, author of People Like Us and Director of New American Leaders, who'll share her experience and strategies to create change.
