A special evening of conversation and storytelling spotlighting the incredible women who have been fighting to end sexual assault and harassment in the least visible workplaces, before and after #MeToo. Featuring a conversation between Bernice Yeung, author of In a Day’s Work and reporter for ProPublica, and Allison Julien, organizer for We Dream in Black, a national initiative of NDWA that centers the leadership, voice and power of black domestic workers. Actress Mandi Masden will present a dramatic reading of some of these women’s powerful stories. Moderated by Laura Flanders. Light refreshments will be served. Books will be available for purchase.
