Alain Mabanckou will discuss his new memoir The Lights of Pointe-Noire in conversation with Rokiatou Soumaré, a PhD candidate in francophone sub-Saharan literature at the University of Oklahoma, where she is currently writing her dissertation on Alain Mabanckou’s work.
