The SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University host authors EJ Dionne and Miles Rapoport for a hybrid in-person/virtual event to discuss their new book 100% Democracy: The Case for Universal Voting. Clarissa Unger, co-founder and executive director of Students Learn Students Votes, will moderate.
