Rick Ayers is a professor in teacher education at the University of San Francisco, a co-editor (with William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn) of Zero Tolerance: Resisting the Drive for Punishment in Our Schools, and the author of Studs Terkel’s Working: A Teaching Guide.
