Peace Research Institute in the Middle East co-director Eyal Naveh is a professor of U.S. history at Tel Aviv University and teaches history and history education at the Kibbutzim College of Education. He was formerly a senior fellow at the Israel Democracy Institute and was the chairperson of the general and interdisciplinary studies program at Tel Aviv University between 2003 and 2007. He is a co-author (with Sami Adwan, Dan Bar-On, and the Peace Research Institute in the Middle East) of Side by Side: Parallel Histories of Israel-Palestine (The New Press).
