This exhibition of  of 22 pairs of photographs taken 25 years apart of individuals serving life without the possibility of parole sentences in Pennsylvania prisons, Still Doing Life presents the two photos of each individual side by side, along with excerpts of interviews conducted at the two photo sessions. The exhibition, and corresponding book published by The New Press in March 2022, present a deeply moving tableau of people who, for the past quarter-century, have been trying to live meaningful lives while facing the likelihood that they will never be free.

Support for the Still Doing Life exhibition and programs generously provided by the Art for Justice Fund. Still Doing Life is an exhibition co-facilitated by The Free Library, The New Press, and Vox Populi Gallery.
