George McT. Kahin

George McT. Kahin (1918–2000) was one of the leading scholars of Southeast Asian history in the United States. He was the author of many books, including Nationalism and Revolution in Indonesia and Intervention: How America Became Involved in Vietnam. He taught at Cornell University, where he was Aaron L. Binenkorb Professor of International Studies.
